Colorado peeps!

Hello all who love our state Colorado! Any way as you may know we have only had Sierra and Jack for about 4 months and we have never taken them to a dog park. im a bit worried to let them loose around other dogs as i do not know how they will act mainly the small dogs im worried about, so i thought a good start would to maybe have them play with other Huskies first. Maybe you have a huge yard or a park you love or even maybe at our house we have a ok size back yard, nothing great but it could work. weekends are great and we can even do some week nights let me know if you want to get together!

I live a bit South of Denver in the Parker area. There's a dog park near Ponderosa High School and right across the street from Sagewood Middle School that is decent sized, fenced in and doesn't have many dogs. Weekends are fairly crazy for me but I'd be willing to bring Sitka down there on a week night.

I've taken Gunny to one dog park so far, but it was a pretty good first experience for both him and me. It was Englewood Canine Corral (4848 S. Windermere - on the west side of Belleview Park). Let me know if you wanna meet there, or we all can meet at Chad's suggestion. I am pretty open with my schedule.

Hello all Colorado peeps! Just thought I'd properly set up a meet-up for all of us since I said in the Florida peeps page that I would set up the meet-up. Any weekend except for August 7, 8, 9 would work great! Let me know which weekend works for you and we'll also come up with a meeting place.

Hmm. Except for a couple of "other events", my weekends are full of mountains until the end of September.

Meh, not really. We have various dogs that are here sometimes until 11:00pm. Honestly, I wouldn't venture outside if it's over 65 degrees anyways. You probably can't get me out to a meet until winter.

Husky Huddle and Malamute Mingle
Please join us for a get together for all Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes and their two footed companions. We will have access to a large dog park and an in ground swimming pool. The event will be held at City Bark doggie daycare and boarding facility in Parker on September 27th (Sunday) from 2pm-4pm!

I'll be honest. That's right in the middle of beer:30 and that makes me out, especially with a mountain drive. So, if it's two on Sunday, you would probably be more apt to hike Saturday?¿?¿?¿? Or you just gonna bail on us again... scratch

OUCH! well i was going to bail cause my husband did not want to go and then made me feel bad that i was gonna leave him for a few hours that day when we could be spending time together but he just called and now has to work on Sat so i am in for the hike! and the meet up on sunday, it is a all dog weekend and they need it after beeing cooped up from all the rain.

All you have to do is text me and I'll try to meet up with you. Or if I'm not home you can head over and steal Sitka whenever you want.
