Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. possessive aggressive towards dogs Empty
PostSubject: possessive aggressive towards dogs   possessive aggressive towards dogs EmptySat Jan 18, 2014 7:11 pm

so I'm looking for advice on this, I am stumped. Rikku is possessive aggressive with toys , food, bones etc.... towards other dogs. I can walk up take any toy any bone so can my gf, even my friends can walk up and take anything from her (unless she is in her cage then only I can take it) . I want to know what I can do to teach her that she didn't need to be possessive aggressive towards dogs for taking toys ( bones I understand but would still like it to be okay with that too). Thus is becoming a problem between the gf dog (Boston terrier) and Rikku. I'm afraid Rikku will hurt her one day cause she goes fir the throat. now obviously they are supervised around all toys and we do what we can to prevent it, but can't stop everything, and not having toys out is not an option. Rikku also got a hold of a toy at the dog park the other day and when a dog thought it would be fun to chase her she attacked the dog over the ball.... please any advice....I'm running out of ideas
