Simon has thrown up twice in the past 3 days he is acting normally and its mostly just clear fluid. I contacted the vet and they said fed him little meals and don't let him drink a ton of water at once. But they said as long as he was keeping most of the food and water down and acting normally they wouldn't be to worried as long as it cleared up over the weekend.

I was wondering do you guys have any idea why he would be throwing up? It's in the morning at like 6am when he hasn't eaten or drank for hours I just woke up to him throwing up.

Puppies and sensitive dogs can throw up if they havent eaten in a long time. I'm not saying it is the cause here because I cant know for sure but my puppy threw up a couple of mornings in a row as well :)you can try to give him something small before you go to bed perhaps?
This is usually not anything to worry about as long as he is acting normally, drinks and it's not bloody. I'm glad you called the vet!

A couple months ago, our husky started throwing up in the mornings too. Only yellow foamy bile. And several times each morning until he got some food in his belly. Our vet said to give him a snack just before bedtime, and he doesn't throw up anymore. If it's just bile, then it's probably stomach acid with an empty stomach. If he's not keeping his food down, then that's probably something to be concerned about.

Hope he feels better!

Oh FYI Simon is fine. I found when family visits they feed him to many treats and all sorts of wonderful stuff come out of both ends after. I think either it was that or the food thing I went from like 3 meals with some snacks to like 5 meals. Don't know what fixed it just know it's fixed.
