We are going tomorrow to pick up a new best friend for Nanook, a 7 week old black and white female Siberian Husky puppy! Very Happy
I'm not too concerned with my older female dog meeting her, as she is a mother and has never had trouble with young puppies, but I am concerned about Nanook.
He is 10 months old now and loves other dogs, but we had a female husky friend visiting to play recently and he got aggressive having her on his turf.
Is there a good way to introduce him to the new baby puppy so that he'll like her? :3

I don't know how you would make this work with a little puppy but walking dogs together helps them meet and chill around each other with less stress but you have to worry about parvo with the puppy. If you can't take a walk could you have them meet in a friends back yard (so not you dogs turf) after the puppy has had a long play session and is tired and your dog has had a long walk hike so they are on neutral turf and both chilled out for the first meeting.

Just a thought.

I agree with Elise. It will also depend on the puppies temperament. My boy was bold and in your face as a puppy and got corrected for it a lot. If the puppy is more cautious and submissive, it will be much easier. Most adult dogs will tolerate a lot of behaviors from puppies that they won't from older puppies and adults.

Also, by getting aggressive, what do you mean? What was the situation and what prompted the aggression? Was the visiting dog overly playful or rude? Was there food or a toy involved? Was it a quick correction, or did you have to pull them apart?

When you do the introduction, is it possible to bring nanook and your female with you when you pick up the pup? Maybe you could take a short walk around the yard or grounds of the breeder. It sounds like your female could be a great buffer and calming influence in the situation. You can also try some rescue remedy for nanook to keep him calm. I'm guessing he just gets anxious or super excited and gets over his threshold and gets reactive. Also, don't make them meet face to face because most likely the puppy will try and jump all over Nanook. Hold her, or have someone else hold her, and let him smell her butt and the rest of her before you let her greet him. Has he met a young puppy before? What was he like?

By aggressive I mean he could have her. She was in his face growling and jumping on counters and doing everything he is trained not to do. He was very angry.
Yes he has met other young puppies. He plays nicely at the dog park.
