| Wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for Huskies that are hard chewers? I've gotten Doom a few Kong toys and outside of getting out the treat he doesn't care for them.
He also seems to have a preference for harder surfaces, as he's chewed up some of the kiddo's toys. So, I got him a Nylabone that feels like a hard plastic (one of the solid white ones, not clear or obviously rubber) which has successfully kept him occupied for a couple days (a record, for him, haha) but I've heard they can be bad on the teeth? Any other toys similar that I should look into? |

| Elk antlers are the best thing I've run across. Larger moose paddles can hold up a while too. _________________ |

| Inside my girl will chew on cow ears and pig ears or a raw meaty bone, as well as an occasional split elk antler. Outside is where the majority of her toys are, and quite frankly she is not into toys much, balls and tugs are the only toys. Since I'm outside with her, chewing on any isn't an issue. However, once in a while she wants to chew on her toys, tugs are out(don't want her to swallow something), but real deal tennis balls are indestructible with her (the tennis balls that are made for dogs, nope, one chomp splits it in two, and if I don't catch her splitting it she breaks up into bite size pieces, um nope)The other type of ball that is tolerant of Miya's chompers is the rubber balls that you win with the crane game(put a dollar in and win a mini basketball or soccer ball), she has a hard time fitting them in her mouth, but also she has punctured them so they deflate and inflate, yet can not tear apart. None of this is probably what you are looking for, but maybe I gave you some ideas...... |

| I used to give deer antlers... found them to be too hard... then tried split deer... still to hard.
Switched to elk.... still a little too hard.
Been happily loving split elk antlers.
I'd say whatever antler you feel is working best for your dog.
Chuck it balls (brand name) I have found are virtually husky indestructable.
Invincibles (brand name) toys have been having a happy run here recently.
The large kong.... like the one that sort of looks like a bell. I've only ever had to buy 2 in 2 years. Stuff em with peanut butter and freeze it. |

| Antlers are too hard for Anya, so we use bully sticks, Himalayan chews, stuffed Kongs, and wobblers. |
