2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.

The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. A 3 week old puppy should still be with it's mother and getting her milk. If you are talking about the dog in your picture, that puppy looks much older than 3 weeks.

Since the OP's native language isn't English (Tagalog??) and the picture of the puppy in in his avatar looks older than 3 weeks I'm assuming that he meant that the puppy has been with him for three weeks. I'm assuming the puppy is somewhere between 10-12 weeks which would reasonably fit with the avatar.

And my answer to your question: There's no reason not to moisten his food, but warm fresh water would be better since many dogs are lactose intolerant (don't do well with milk products). If he's eating well, and his stool is good though, there's no real reason to moisten it though.

Could you verify that you truly do mean 3 weeks of age? It's a sad fact of life that sometimes dams fail to nurse. My family has run into this problem with goats and cows before, but we have never had a litter of puppies. Definitely talk to your vet first. They often have formulas for them and can give you more specific guidance.

I found this quick guide: http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?c=2+2108&aid=863

EDIT: This one is good too: http://www.fidosavvy.com/how-to-bottle-feed-puppies.html

"By the time the puppies are 3 weeks old, 4 feeds a day is enough, and weaning can begin at around 4 weeks of age. Puppies who are under a month old need approx. 3.5 - 3.75 calories per ounce of body weight, every 24 hours. So, for example, a 6oz puppy would need approx 22.5 calories per day."

The pictures are of his dog he got when it was 3-4 months old in 2013. In his more recent post he says that his own dog got pregant so thats where the pups come from. So sounds like they are still with there mother and he just also wants to give them food.

3-4 weeks is typical to start introducing regular food. You will need to soften it and mash it into a slop/meal. DO NOT use cow milk to soften the kibble, either use plain water or goat milk (which is easier on the tummy).
