PostSubject: Diamond Natural dog food   Diamond Natural dog food EmptySun Aug 20, 2017 1:42 am

I'm getting a husky as my first dog soon. The breeder I might be buying from feeds her puppies Diamond puppy food. I don't know what she feeds her adult dogs. So I looked into Diamond dog food and found the Diamond Naturals. It seems to have everything I've heard huskies need but I've yet to find any husky owners who feed it. It seems to be more affordable than other high quality dog food. Does anyone know if Diamond Naturals is good for huskies? I was thinking of getting the chicken and rice bag.

I fed it for a few years and was very happy with it. My dogs are getting older now so I swapped to taste of the wild which is the slightly higher quality version of diamond naturals.

It's a decent food and if your pup is already on it I would at least stick with the same formula that the breeder's feeding initially to ease the stress of the transition to a new home. Then after he is adjusted to his new home switch to whatever else you desire or keep him on the Diamond Naturals, that will be up to you and probably also based on how he's doing on the food.
