Hi everyone!
Been reading a little without registering and I've found so many useful tips that couldn't avoid being properly in the forum.
I have a 4month old husky gal (Laika) and a 2.5yr old bulldog boy (Watson) that won't let me rest but I adore!
They have completely different personalities, Watson is already neutered and is very calm and Laika..well she's a very active puppy! She has almost completely destroyed my coach and a table (can she be related to beavers? she loves chewing wood...)
Been wanting to have her go to puppy school but still missing some shots so any ideas on how to calm her down (I think even with Watson she doesn't like being without any human close to her) are greatly appreciated.
Did research on how huskys should be but Laika's sister (she's with my mom) is completely different so there's that  Razz
Thanks for all the input and advice it really is helpful while trying to raise them properly and without losing any more couches and or tables lol

here's are some pics of the babies Smile

Her favorite meal: wood...

Welcome to the forum! She's so cute. Keywords: mental stimulation. Even before going to a class you can start training. Make her think. You can try puzzle toys where she tries to get treats out of them. Go ahead and work on sit. Make her work for her meals. You may not a search for nilf training (nothing in life is free). Has a lot of into on training and when to make them work for things. Anything that makes her have to think will wear her out mentally. Once shots are done you can do normal walks. Recommended is 5 minutes of walking per month of age. If you have a yard though you can go ahead and work on leash manners by leashing her and walking her around the yard. This gets her familiar with loose leash walking before the distractions of the outside world really ramp up.

Thanks Smile I am searching for some puzzle toys (I'm worried if they are soft plastic she'll probably chew it to oblivion lol) and on monday we have a test class to see if she adapts we can start formally with her training (at least control separation anxiety that makes her a destroyer Razz)

*Update*
Thrid week of Laika's school and she's a whole new pup! I'm amazed she's very calma due to all the exercise she is making with the other pups, she comes home and sleeps all night.
EVen if on the weekend we leave them for a couple of hours she isn't destroying anything else Shocked Shocked
I'm taking her on short walks (10-15 minutes) and so far so good Smile havent tried with the puzzle toys yet she's not so fond of toys Sad
