I went outside to get Aurora to come inside and i see half a mouse in her mouth, i started to grab it to get it out and she ate it. Is it bad should I bring her to the vet?! Any advice please?!

well you could try to force her to throw up. my only concern would be if the mouse had any poison in its system. cats eat mice all the time and are fine for the most part. sorry i could not be more help

Mice .................... in one hole out the other. Only thing you may have to watch for will be worms for a few weeks but they're easily taken care of with OTC meds from a pet store.

Ditto. I wouldn't worry about the eaten mouse. But I would give a wormer just in case, if you are not on a monthly wormer already like Heartgard Plus or something similar.

Sierra has eaten things and it has taken a few days for her to throw it up.

There is no problem except for the mouse has diseases or virus such as roundworms. Mouse sometimes dwells on sewers and they can carry several types of diseases. You should go to the vet to have a check.
