How did you all train your dogs to do it?! I tried it with Blitz - walking with him next to the bike and then a few days later hopped on, he totally pulled the crap out of me sideways, or ran into the bike. I don't know how to get him to understand to just run either in front of or beside me. Any training tips?

Do you have a bike attachment? Like the walky dog or springer? Without the walky dog I could NOT bike with either of these 2.

Have you tried just running with him without the bike first to see how he is in a run vs. just walking?
After I knew Frankie was ok running with me (because when he runs freely he's a maniac), then I introduced the bike.
Just like you... we walked next to the bike first, then I stradled the bike and walked that way, then slowly started to peddle very very slowly all in one session. I did this for 3-4 days in a row and once he got it, we just took off. After I knew he could do it, I ordered the walky dog bike leash and we LOVE it

We do not have an attachment yet. I want to get one but don't know when I'll be able to. I've ran with him every once in a while, I can't run to save my life though so he gets bored with me lol

Maybe I just need to walk with him more to get him used to it and then see how it goes with just a long leash.
