| Found this sweetie at the local animal shelter. I am going to call them and see if they will let me take him to the nearest Siberian Husky rescue. This particular shelter he is at is a kill shelter. :/

| no, he doesn't look mixed. Most Husky rescues take husky mixes anyway  |

| Ok, he didn't look mixed to me either! Figured they did take husky mixes as well, but this local animal shelter had him labeled as a mix. Hmm. Maybe it was just a typo on their part. *shrugs* |

| In the description is says he's a husky but the label is a mix. Either typo or sometimes they just label everything as a mix unless they have papers. Nothing about the picture says mix to me either  _________________ www.itsahuskything.com

Shelters really have no clue. Most here are labeled Alaskan Husky mixes despite my repeated education on the subject. They are either stupid or don't care. Since they are low paid government workers I suspect a little of both. |
