Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

Well one of the reasons why I wanted a Husky is because I wanted a friend to jog with.

Finally I've gotten the motivation to start running again after my nose surgery. (could barely breath out of my nose, deviated septum and enlarged turbinates).

This entire week I've been jogging with Luna but I forgot I had this neat app called "Jog Tracker". So about 4 times a week I will be keeping a log here if you all don't mind.

Today we ran for 2.55 miles and it took us 27 min. about 4-5 pee breaks for Luna but we did it!

I guess our goal is going to be 3 miles in under 22min. Which is what I was running in the marines.

June 14th 2012 Jog

Wish HTML was supported Sad Then I could actually show the map in the post and not through a link.

Went for an AM jog today after I came back from the gym. Morning Jogs are always shorter because I have to rush to get to work.

Attached are some pictures after the Jog Smile

I hope you don't mind me posting in here but I love this idea! I'm getting my sibe partly for the same reason (a run/jog and camping partner) and I just started using the same app myself. And jeez I can't believe how much your Luna has grown since I was last on here. Such a pretty young lady.

I don't mind at all! the more the merrier!!!! We went for a jog this morning but it was WAYYY too hott. We went for about a mile and a half and i called it quits because I was too hott. If I'm too hott i could imagine how Luna was. I think i need to wake up a little earlier now that the temp is rising. 101 degree's today!
