For hips, he will need to be x-rayed by a vet, and the x-rays sent to the OFA for evaluation. Most vets will want to sedate him for the x-rays to prevent any movement from blurring the picture. Also, a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist will need to examine his eyes and send that information to CERF.
