Hi all, my name is Alexandra and i got Maxi a brown Siberian Husky , almost a month ago, Maxi is a 4 months and 15 days bundle of joy.

Hello, from Dublin,Ireland !!! Img_0012

I have to say he is the cutest puppy ever and i was expecting the first night to have a crying puppy that will not let us sleep, but he was just perfect and from the second day he learned to ask to go out and pee in the garden(and when i say he asks i mean he stays at the door looking at me then at the door and so on until i get it Laughing ) or at night ,if it's needed, he goes like a good puppy in the shower.
He never bother us at night when we sleep , just when the alarm rings to get up he is in 1 sec with his paws on the bed, we let him in bed for 5 min of cuddle before we get up . Not sure if that is good, to let him in the bed maybe he will get used to jump when he grows older ?
The training goes well this forum helped a lot, with some questions i had. We are still learning how to treat and train him, but i think he is doing great.
I had a chocolate doberman for 12 years growing up with me Smile so a husky is a different dog with different needs, that we are learning as we go.

Maxi loves to sleep near the door of the garden or at the entrance, not sure why maybe because it's colder from the doors. and his favorite position is belly up and in the strangest positions.

Maxi loves his big bones, we took him rawhide bones the first days, until we read they are not good for dogs, now i trow them away and he gets just raw bones or this smoked beef joints.

Hello, from Dublin,Ireland !!! Img_0011

My post is getting long so I will just stop now Laughing I have to say English is not my birth language and i learned it all alone,so i do apologies for the mistakes I make.
Maxi says hi Smile

Welcome to the forum to the both of you.

Kelly and I have been to Dublin twice now and it was truly a gem of a place. We stayed close to Ballsbridge I believe. The people and the food there were so amazing we had to go back a second time Razz

Welcome again and we look forward to seeing your handsome boy grow Smile

Actually Kim my doberman was doing it also.
From what i read it's a good thing, if they feel comfortable enough to keep there most sensitive part exposed (the belly) that means they trust us, that we will not harm them Smile.

Welcome and Maxi is absolutely adorable. I wonder if he will turn more red than brown. My Lucy is more brown right now but in the summer she is more red. I love the puppy belly sleeping shots.
