Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

I just saw this on their site today, but GL has a new flavor of food out. There's even a husky on the bag, so that definitely means we'll have to try it at some point Razz It looks like it has the highest protein content of their different flavors, so that's a definite plus.

If you're gonna buy a bag, they have a coupon right now for 13% off any order. Just enter the code "GL13" at checkout. That'll definitely be handy because this new flavor is expensive!

Ingredients: USDA Goat, Chickpeas, Flax, Carrots, Celery, Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, Cranberries, Pumpkin, Papaya, Spinach, Garlic, Rosemary, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Niacin, Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Potassium, Manganese, Chloride, Copper, Magnesium, Pyridoxine, Cyanocobalamin

Guaranteed Analysis:
Crude Protein (min): 37%
Crude Fat (min): 16%
Crude Fiber (max): 6.1%
Moisture (max): 7%
Calcium: 1%
Phosphorus: 0.51%
Magnesium: 0.16%

Thanks! I've been wanting to try GL's Pureformance for a while now. I might as well get this with the promo going on. Smile

I really love the Pureformance! I will take chickpeas over potatoes any day. I mix in Pureformance with Ro's raw often since she tends not to want to eat certain parts of the animals or the bone... what a PITA- but I prefer it much more over THK or NRG. And the price is not bad for it at all!

I will have to get goat it looks like.

Yay! I too have to mix stuff with some of Lu's raw. We are using the rabbit purformance now. And she can actually eat goat without any problems.
