Milla, our 16 week old pup is about 11-13 kg does this sound right? she looks thin to us (althoug we can't see her ribs and feels fine). Hunter, 18 week old Mal is about 22kg and I think that's why she seems smaller in comparison.

We've been battling the runs aswell so I'm worried she's not getting enough. I've tried pumkin, yoghurt and wheetbix to try and help, but they come good for a day or two and then it's right back to it. They've both been wormed reguarly aswell

might be giardia if the poop is always runny. Nikko's was a little bit runny and when I got a fecal done at one of his checkups and he was positive for giardia, and one of the symptoms is runny poop.

as far as the weight goes, Nikko was 6.22kg at his 10 week checkup a few weeks ago, so I'd say you're right around the normal weight range.

Is Milla a mal or husky? My two are very different in weight/size. Nikko was over 13kg at that age, but Yukon was just under 10kg. I think yours is normal.

As for the runs, it could be many things. If you have taken it into the vet and it has come back negative for anything, it could be the food. With Nikko I had to adjust his food amounts for quite awhile until I got it just right. You could be overfeeding. How much do they get per meal and day? Also the food may not agree with them.

As another comparison, Nikko weighs just over 9kg now at 13 weeks

Thanks all.

Milla is the Huksy, the Mal is about 22kg at 18weeks. I will just keep adjusting their food amount. Milla gets a cup of dry food morning and night with either chicken knecks or a bit of mince and a tea spoon of pumpkin. 8 times out of 10 she doesn't finish all her food. Hunter gets 3 cups plus the mince/chicken knecks twice a day and we're about to start slowly reducing that.
