Personally, I don't know what's wrong with turkey bones (unless they splinter a lot?)
Suka has a turkey neck every Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter...and he hasn't had any problems.

Although, NEVER feed your dog any lamb bones. I can attest they splinter really bad, and if Suka wasn't smart enough to spit out the shards, I would have ended up with a dead dog!

Thanks for the cute picture on what not to feed dogs. I ike it.

Kerian did some counter surfing last weekend and she ate 5 pumpkin/choc.chip cookies We don't believe she got that much choc.

She scoops up alot of things when we walk then. the other day she got some gum i one piece from her and she thru up later that evening the other piece.

She is a hand full and Blaze is my little gentleman..

As for turkey bone I think cooked bones splinter to much. Raw ones probably are okay.

My mother in law had a schnoodle that ate about 2 lbs of Godiva chocolate 2 years in a row and live to be 18.5 years old.

I read somewhere that turkey was bad for dogs. I don't remember where.

Turkey is in a lot I dog foods. If your dog isn't used to eating rich foods, then it may cause problems.

Ah I see. I reread what it said too. Just certain parts of the turkey.

This list is very misleading.

1. While onions are generally bad in any quantities, especially for smaller dogs, garlic can be just fine in moderation. In fact, small doses of garlic can even be beneficial as homeopathic flea and tick supplements.

2. There is nothing wrong with feeding your dog RAW turkey bone. Almost any raw bone is perfectly healthy and in a raw diet is essential. Prey model raw feeding is based off of thos entire idea. Think about it, a wild canine isn't going to pick apart the animal from the bone or stop to cook its meat. It eats whole raw animal.

Don't feed COOKED bone of ANY kind to your dog. They splinter and can easily get lodged in their throats or puncture the bowels and or stomach.

There is nothing wrong with feeding your dog turkey unless your dog is allergic.

3. Its not a good idea to feed your dog table scraps at all unless you know exactly what went into the food. Training wise, I wouldn't recommend it either. Keep dog and people food separate. Table scrap eaters turn into beggers. If they think that there's a chance they will get what is leftover, they will be there every time you eat just in case ;-)

Turkey is definitely fine, on Thanksgiving my dogs devoured a whole turkey together, haha.
For the person mentioning that they heard turkey was bad (yeah too lazy to scroll), the only thing I know that is "bad" about turkey is turkey kibble is not recommended for UTI/crystal prone dogs, just like salmon isn't.

And the stories about I fed Fluffy crushed glass and bleach and he lived to be 30 years old are exceptions to the rule. There are many things not healthy for your dog and if you're a responsible pet owner you avoid those items. It's a good list, especially the xylitol. They should have clarified the turkey bones.
