2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. I've been lurking for a while. I'm in Northern California between Sacramento and San Francisco. I've spent 4 years without a dog so I'm super excited to have the big guy. Grimm is 10 weeks on Monday however I've had him since he was 5 weeks. I know but he's mommy stopped feeding them all and on my weekly visit he was the only puppy left everyone else had take him brothers and sisters home. He's going to be a big boy he's half Husky and Half Malamute. I'm really excited to join such a fantastic forum because I know that one day I'll have questions.

Welcome, I'm a newbie here as well but I've had my siberian for almost 11 years. I can tell you that you are looking forward to many exciting and rewarding years. Smile

Welcome to the forum! Grimm is adorable, and his huge ears crack me up Razz I spent a lot of time at Travis AFB from 2008-2011 flying the big white Navy jet that they hide on the other side of the runways. Have they finished the construction on the one runway yet?

Welcome to the forum! I'm from down inbetween San Fran & San Jose. If your pup was a couple weeks older (mine turned 12 wks yesterday) I'd say they could be litter mates! Mine is half and half also. There are a few others in the area, maybe we could arrange a play date when they're older.
Anyways welcome, your little one is cute Smile

Welcome! We're in Vacaville, just a couple of miles from TAFB, so we're practically neighbors! Our Luna is 14 weeks old today. :-) Nice to meet you and Grimm!

They just finished the runway recently. I'd love to get together down the road when he's all vaccinated I don't know many puppies in the area for him to play with yet. I'm so happy yo meet other husky owners.

Sounds like you guys have the beginnings of an H2M2 group Razz Seriously, if one of you guys is interested in starting one up as the pups get a bit older, let me know and I'll help you out. I've started 2 now.

Glad to hear they finally finished that runway, it was horrible to get in on 22L this time a year with all of the fog, since 22R had the nice lead in lights and lower visibility minimums.
