haha Yeah. It was a 5 hour ride to get her, and a 5 hour ride home. She did pretty good for the ride. Didn't throw-up or potty in the car! Granted I stopped every hour.

    Thanks guys!!!
The site has already been helpfull. Koda has answered some of my questions and concerns I had. So Thank You for that!.

Searched "Husky Forums" on google., Click the first link. Didn't like the layout of the page. Clicked back. Clicked the second link, and here I am.

I have ran more forums in my time then I would like to admit. And one thing I do know is Appearance is what brings people. And its the people that keep people.
So keep up the good work!!!

Dakota looks like she will be a great gal when she grown into what looks like long legs and big ears! puppy's always look so cute and odd at the same time. We adopted ours when they were older so missed that stage but im sure there are some things i can help you with Smile

Thanks J!!! (can I call you J?) lol

A big change in the second night. Its almost like Dakota knows that I posted this. Because not long after, I noticed that is slowly coming around.

First night we had her. She didn't want anything to do with us. Second night (lastnight) We had her chasing a ball around. I took her out before bed. She did her thing. On our way back in. She waited untill I took her leash off, as soon as I did she grabbed a shoe and was off to the races. I had to chase her down to get it back lol. So I took it away from her then proceed to make up her bed on my bedroom floor. Came out to get her. She got the second shoe in her mouth. lol. All I could do was giggle. Also. NO ACCIDENTS on my floor through the night!!!!

you can call me Jenn Smile

i will tell you now to puppy/husky proof your house before she finds something she can eat that will not be good for her. even as adults you still need to husky proof your house. i lost a pair of hiking shoes cause someone started to eat the rubber heal on them, funny thing is they will not touch the rubber toys i have for them! you can never be to safe and a clean house is always nice to have Smile
