1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

Vrc is a widely known pitbull rescue and they have a beautiful black and white female husky named willow who needs a forever home. She has been with them since 2010. She is not a good match with our home but i just cant stand the thought of her being there.

I don't mean to be rude so please dont mistake my response for being it. But I don't understand your comment. Why can't you stand him being there exactly? He has a place to stay he's being taken care of rather then being neglected.Would you rather see him like that or there. How can you even complain about a something you are not going to do anything about.

I watch that show religiously. Tia the owner of VCR is technically a Pitt bull rescue she will take in and help any dog that comes her way. She chose to help rescue Pitts bc of how many ppl discriminate against them. They have bad reputations because of the owners who trained them to do that and kept in horrific conditions and have had awful things done to them its disgusting .Then are just thrown out to say it lightly. At VCR they bend over backwards to rehabilitate them, and give them a 2nd chance. A lot of the dogs if worked with properly are able to be great family pets.If she can't find homes they will live out their days VCR being loved and taken care of just as Willow is.

I agree slightly with Becky, Villalobos isn't a bad place and you do make it sound like you don't aproove of it. If Willow can't find a forever home than she'll be cared for to the end of her days. Villalobos does have some pits that cant be homed no matter what and they're "lifers" there and well cared for, none of the dogs are ill treated. The owner once nearly hung a guy from a tree for squirting a dog in the face with a water hose 'cause he was having a bad day. Plus with no adoptions out of statwe with an already exsisting pet it'll be hard for her to find a home.

That episode was aired on tv. The camera crew pulled Tia aside to show her the footage of how the employee was treating the dog. The dog he did that to was was just brought in off the streets. the dog was not even 20lbs nor was he a pittbull. He was already one of the smallest dogs in that area surrounded by larger barking dogs. But also still scared and unaware of what was going on or happen to him where he was. God only knows what happens to him where he previously was. taking out your bad day on a little animal who is already scared and put him in more distress is abusive and just mean.
