Apparently snow nose is common in eskies too. Hope you guys don't mind me chiming in Cloud's pics.
Non-seasonal, just a gradual change. Some eskie owners have it come in winter and leave in summer.

Here's Link as a munchkin, in the litter photo he is second from left.

His nose is not as liver/pink as it is now that he's older, but you can see they him and his bro to the right were born with variations in the pigment in the center of their noses

I was just reading about snow nose online and oddly enough found a link to this site and this previous discussion on snow nose.  

Here are some current pics of Link's snow nose nowadays as it has pinkened since the weather changed this fall.  Also, here's a very recent pic of his sire, CH Snoebear's Dueling in Defiance, who has almost the exact snow nose marking on his nose.   Pretty clearly something genetic going on.
