Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Eric, the trailing off at the end of the howl is the best! That's my favorite part of their talking.
Ha, Lycus is not pleased about a bath!

Smoky, our blind husky we rescued over a year ago howls when you get home. He barks when he wants food or outside/inside. Otherwise he's quiet.
Last year we adopted a husky/pyrenees mix, Miska, and she growls and barks...like "roo roo roo".
Then, just a couple of days ago, we adopted a male husky puppy that was found roaming around and he is a vocal little booger! Bark bark bark. If I didn't know any better I'd say he's a mix but he's not.

I've tried many things to get my husky to howl it just doesn't happen.. Wolves, Malamutes, and Husky howling videos does nothing for him. He knows the bark command but doesn't howl. He's not a complete husky yet
Lol love the howling!!! My puppy is starting to discover his voice so the other day he was practicing his howl, so cute!! I love the rooroo as some described. Mine also grunts and grumbles when he is about the sleep and in the morning.. sometimes I think he's a cat!
