I have to admit I like the "one awesome shot a week" idea more than picking one dog for the whole year...even if it's not a husky. I'm a husky fan but I love other breeds as well so bring 'em on!

I'm open to interpretation about the rules This was sort of an experiment to see how people liked it since there seemed to be some interest in it when Kristina brought it up. I'm more than happy to put our own flair on it!

This one was taken in auto mode with manual focus. Notice the yellow-ish graininess. The other two I actually took the time to sift through white balance, ISO, shutter and all that jazz. I'm using a Canon sx120is and the manual features are somewhat limited.

Now THAT looks comfy.

I'm sure you saw this coming. The puppy taking the spotlight and all. But none of the other dogs will give me the time of day. Not to mention how long he stays in one spot. At the moment he's all Saint Bernard...


More manual focus play this week. With only the LCD to go off of it is taking some time to get used to. I tried the manual adjustments but I couldn't even get photoshop to shift from yellows. Dagnabbit.

This guy is always around. He's a little bit creepy in his curiosity and intelligence. We've discovered that he's a real problem solver and trouble maker. Sucks for both traits to be in one cat.

The pups is adorable and the kitty, well, he looks like he's plotting something very sneaky

The two sibe puppies I've had have lost that "puppy look" quickly. Your little guy is SO adorable and, like Val said, full of "puppy cuteness"! I personally believe your pack is jealous of his cuteness and that's why they are so hard on him.

I think he's about the same age as my new husky puppy. How old is he? Sabaka was born Nov. 17th.

Wow I missed a few. Oops. Here's one that stood out from the rest...

He was born on December, 10th. His last booster is tomorrow and I'm guessing he's 55-60 pounds.
