Subject: Large Breed Food or no? Wed Dec 12, 2018 1:00 am
Do any of you guys feed your bigger pups large breed food? My pup is currently 11 months old and weighs in at 72lbs and we think he'll max out at 80 lbs. He's a purebred Siberian with papers to boot, I just want to make sure I'm giving him all his nutritional needs since he's still a growing boy. Any thoughts on this? He's a voracious eater and is on Holistic Puppy Grain Free kibble.

At nearly a year old I wouldn't bother to switch over now unless you aren't happy with your current food. When he was younger it could have been beneficial to do so. It never hurts to feed large breed even if you are unaware what size your pup could be. They usually stop a lot of their growing around a year old.
