On Friday the 3rd we had to make the decision to let our cat Bonsai Kitty go. She was 13 yrs old , my husband got her when she was 5 weeks. Her mother was hit by a car so he took Bonsai in. He bottled fed her and took her every where even on the road when he was working. She got her name because she would jump on his head from the loft that was 8 ft high.
She had a tumor in her belly an it was not letting her hold any food down. She was starving, she went from 16lbs to 6lbs in a month. It was time. Sad

I feel your pain very much we had to make that decsion with out last two cats they were about 16-17 years old and had many health issues at the time.

I'm still reeling from having to make that decision with my 6 year old cat back in June.

Thank you everyone she will be missed. I had to make the same decision back in 2007 when my husky Lady had terminal cancer. I still think of her and this just brought it all back and made it worse I think. You always hope your doing the right thing.
