| Subject: went to the vet... Tue Mar 06, 2012 3:11 pm | |
| Maggie was very very good. She was given lots of treats and realized hey this isn't so bad! The vet said she is 110% healthy. her heart worm test came back negative, same with her lime disease. He thought she was the prettiest thing! He has a male malamute at home, but he likes how petite she is. She lost 5 pounds at 60 pounds. he said that is a perfect weight for her. he likes to see female mals at 65-75 range. He goes the more weight on a mal the more the problems there is. He told me also the mal and huskies tend to have ear issues. He said she is very very healthy and beautiful. He asked me what I do in the summertime. I love love love our vet, I am never going to clincs or SPCA again! |

| Yay for good check ups Koda and Hailey just went too. Our vet is just so good with them and asked if they were always so calm... and I said for the most part. He said they were the most well-behaved huskies he's seen. I'll take it! _________________ www.itsahuskything.com It's a husky thing... you wouldn't understand.

| They lowered their prices to match SPCA. So I don't have to spend a bundle. I also have a care credit card for vet visits as well. |

The sooner you get the insurance the cheaper it is for you per month. Just like life insurance the younger you are the lower per month cost. After doing quite a bit of researching I decided on Pet Plan. I haven't had to file a claim and hope not to but with the communicating I've done with them they seem to be an excellent outfit. I pay $39 total for Adobo (soon to be 6 yrs) & Biko (2+yrs). Signed up last summer 2011. I didn't go with the "Gold Plan" or what ever they call it, I just wanted coverage for illness and accident type claims. http://www.gopetplan.com/?engine=google&gclid=CNf5g4fD064CFaIQNAoddHcfcg |
