Ok i have a problem posting pictures.. i know how to get them on here but they end up rotating when i post them. They are not rotated on my cpu but they rotate once i post.. i even tried rotating on my cpu wrong to see if they will come up right on the forum and it doesnt work. here is my scrapebook you can see my problem.. https://www.itsahuskything.com/t7700-koda-rex-s-scrapbook-updated-1-18-13 I noticed its only pictures from my iphone.. but i dont really have another camera to take pix.. does anyone else with a iphone run into this problem?
These are the steps i take to post a pic.. tell me if i do something wrong..
1.) i take pic on iphone
2.) connect my iphone to my mac book
3.) Use the program Image capture to take pic from iphone to my pictures folder.
4.) Use host image button on website
5.) set res to 640 i think.. or 680... 6 something lol
6.) pic picture..
7.) hit hose it.. and copy the image url and past it..

Please help i am so frustrated

I don't have an iPhone, but I do post pix from an iMac.
I can't post from iPhoto.
I store pix there, but I have to add another step to what you do.
I have to export the image from iPhoto to the desktop (medium quality).
Then do steps 4-7 as you do.

Hope this doesn't muddy the waters further.

When you view your photos on your Mac they automatically show them rotated at the proper orientation. You may have to open them up in a photo editing program and save them again. I have no idea about the iphone though since I don't have one.

I take photos from my iPhone and upload from my macbook.

1. Take picture on my phone.
2. Edit pictures on my phone.
3. Email pictures to myself from my phone.
4. Upload to Photobucket.com.
5. Copy/paste URL into the forum and add appropriate html.

You can upload to Photobucket straight from your phone if you download the app. Cuts out a couple steps there

i use the vsco app & afterglow app to edit all of my iphone photos. i feel like i'm cheating on my expensive canon and photoshop, but damn it, it really is SO easy.
