Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

We are headed down the stairs to take him out to potty so he will sit quietly in his kennel. Well on the way down stairs he decides to make it a race and gets stepped on. He then proceeds to SCREAM bloody murder. He's now upstairs still howling and barking. Btw the leg is fine as far as I can tell. He was running and jumping around on it a few minutes later. But man did he give me a scare! I'm having one of those the puppy is going to give me a heat attack nights. I just want sleep. I'm sorry if I'm sounding strange or weird , but I'm running on 4 hours of sleep from last night and have yet to get any serious sleep tonight. Just wanted to rant and get this off my chest.

Aw, poor guy.
This happens at our house when Korra gets distracted mid-zoom and headbutts something hard. Or, once when she was sitting on a chair and decided to chase her tail.... Midnight madness. Puppy nearly broke his leg. 1625187496
As long as he's not hurt, that's good! Though I swear a little bit of me dies every time I hear her cry Sad They're like little kids, they bawl when something startles/hurts them, and 2 minutes later they're off again.

Funny story about breaking your own dogs foot...

So, one time, my friend Lauren accidentally broke Soshannas paw, when she was 6mo old, by stepping on it. Poor girl had finally healed to where she could run and take llong walks again.. So, to celebrate, we went hiking, and she got under me while we were hiking down some solid granite, and I stepped on the same paw as before with my mammoth ass hiking boot, and broke her foot. Luckily, I knew there wasn't much I could do to help, so I carried her the last mile up, and the few miles down, feeling like an Assh*le.
