Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

The Brat Taunts Mom... Empty

Being the sensitive boy he is, and how oh so smart he is, it did not take Mr. Dog very long to learn the pool is a source of high anxiety for Mom. This morning, after breakfast in the house, he wandered around, did his thing, pooped, found a recent old bone and gnawed on it for a while...then began to look bored. So, up to the pool he wanders, gets to the side where he leaped in before, and just stood there, feet curled over the edge, looking directly at the back door with mischief on his face - as in "come and get me..." So I went out, picked up a ball and ran the other way. Thankfully he followed.

Then later, after walk and long nap, he repeated the scenario - only this time, he REALLY decided to taunt me:

His ass is now in the doghouse. Literally. And tethered.

Anybody else's husky a nudgy imp who knows just how to get you?

NO. And that is what makes it both so exasperating and funny at the same time. And my blood pressure a bouncy ball!

Newsflash for all of you husky mom's who don't have or want kids: Having had both human and husky children...there ain't no difference, they all are just out to get you Rolling Eyes

Omg! I am laughing so hard!

Okami does something in defiance that I laugh inside, but am irritated with lol.

When we are upstairs in the bedroom, she wants SOOO bad to be out of the crate, just to be on the bed or wander, or mostly to my point, be a crazy nuthead. So When she is a crazy nut head, I tell her to go to her room. Then, she sits there and watches me intently, and waits till I am not paying attention to her for a decent amount of time. Then she literally creeps out of the crate and then sits outside of it. If I catch her in the act of this creepy crawly action, she just gives me an, "Oh shit!" face. She is a riot! lol
