| Hello all! I am a new owner of a three month old husky name Zosia (though we typically call her Zo). She is my first husky. I grew up with a husky/border collie mix, but I am quickly learning this is a whole different ball game! She is quite the crazy. Her intelligence astounds me, and she really does well with understanding the house rules. She is much better behaved than I anticipated when researching huskies before acquiring her. Though I have always owned pretty active breeds. Here are a few pictures of Zo: |

| Thank you! I think she is adorable too.
Leighanna - her papers have her down as gray and white. But her coloring seems crazy. Her head is red, and her back has patches where the hair goes from red tipped in black or white tipped in black. She has a coat of many colors. It also seems to change daily for now...so I will be curious how it is when she is full grown! |

| Looks like she'll be a dark grey and white. A lot of them are redheaded puppies. My pup was really quite red, and he has kept a light sandy color on parts of his head. I think he's technically a wolf grey. |

| Welcome! It's nice seeing other people from Ohio! Zo is really cute! I love her mask!
They are so smart, but yet soooo stubborn! I'm always having to out-think my guy, and he's only 4 months! For example, now that the weather is colder, it's hard to get Ryder to come back inside. I started to just shake a bag of treats and he'd come zooming right in. Now, however, that's not good enough. Now I have to stand there with the door open and feed a treat or two to one of my other dogs for him to come in. That way he knows I'm actually handing out treats and it's not just a trick! |

| Thanks everyone!
Zelcova-They are absolutely so stubborn. I was playing the "drop it" game I played with all my other dogs growing up yesterday...(where you trade a treat for whatever is in their mouth after asking them to drop it). As soon as she figured that out she literally was running around and finding lint and leaves and anything she could and bringing it to me for a treat. I like that she is challenging though! |
