Hi Shiloh- Congrats on your first husky!
As you've already discovered, huskies are very mouthy
Sometimes they don't learn bite inhibition at a young age (although it looks like you got her at 8 weeks which should have been fine, but sometimes they need more training). It's something they usually learn from their litter mates.
When she nips you, try yelping very loudly (like a dog would) and shut down ALL play. Turn your back and walk away. Ignore her. Wait until she's calm again, and then continue what you were doing. They yelp is very important. It's communicating to her like her litter mates would that "Ow! That hurt!"
You need to be VERY consistent and you need to make sure you follow through. Huskies HATE being ignored. So make sure you shut down ALL forms of contact (eye, physical). It won't happen overnight, but you should see results soon.
Let us know how it goes!
