| Ugh, I have so many issues sometimes with posting pics from my iPad...anyways, my reply has been highlighted in that post as well
And I love the latest pics! The bar down her nose has darkened quite a bit! Such a pretty girl! |

| Thank you Erica! I'm still looking for different pics but I don't have that many saved to my laptop even, and the ones I do, seem so dark (technology wasn't as great back then) it's funny but looking back at these pics, I can really see now how ultra fluffy Kohdi and Mishka are in comparison! Blitz was scary smart. He could open doors, unlatch latches, open the refridgerator and even the oven! He was also one of the sweetest huskies I've ever had. |

| Delayed once again, this time a little more so than usual. Life has been very sad this past week. Kay and Anya escaped the yard because someone left the front gate open. Kay was missing for several hours. Anya was hit by a truck and killed immediately. Our family is devastated by this, but I am happy to have so many good memories of her. Kay doesn't really understand what happened and seems to be looking for her. We plan to get Kay a sister in 6 months or so. Week 30:Week 31Week 33 One of my last photos of Anya. I'm so happy she got to play in the snow before leaving for the Rainbow Bridge. It was her favorite thing in the world to do. Week 34 Kay at 9 months old. |

| So very sorry for your loss.
Our female Golden Retriever crossed over the bridge last year around this time making it very hard on our family.
Remember to celebrate the memories and know that for a time, you were blessed to have such a wonderful companion. |

| So sorry about Anya. As you said, it looks like she really loved snow -- So glad she got to have some fun with it and with Kay. Best wishes to all of you during such a difficult time. |

| I *never* know how to respond to posts like that. I know what you're going through - I really do and there's no way I can make it better.
I'm so sorry ... how trite. But I am, the only thing to do now is to remember the good times you all had and know that you did the best for her in the time you had each other....
(( my first Husky was a gem. I let her run and she'd always come home when I called, until one time she didn't ... I really do know how you feel. << tears>> )) _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

| I saw "sad news" in the heading but I still wasnt prepared for what you posted, Erica. My heart dropped and now the tears come. I am SO sorry. I truly am. Although shorter than it should have been, she was loved and had a wonderful life, cherish her memory, as I'm sure you will, remember all the good times, . |

| Oh no. That's awful. I'm so sorry for your loss. It's terrifying when they get loose for this very reason. The worst can happen in the blink of an eye. _________________ |

| Thanks for the condolences everyone. It means a lot! I will create a Rainbow Bridge post for Anya to honor her memories at some point. I am so thankful for the 4.5 wonderful years of memories she gave us |
