I'm trying to convince my parents to adopt this dog for themselves but if I can't I figured maybe one of you knows someone who would be interested.

    KODA - ID#A0517943

I am a male, red and white Siberian Husky and Purebred.

The shelter thinks I am about 4 years old.

I have been at the shelter since May 17, 2009.

I think I'm going to head down and visit this little bugger a little later today.

Thought he was territorial because he hasn't had his balls chopped off yet?

Still he deserves a home though! Just don't want Sitka getting hurt if your folks decide to adopt him.

Did... did you just have a conversation with yourself? Suspect

I went and visited him. He wasn't "territorial", just very dominant. About 10 minutes after I saw him another family with huskies came and adopted him. So yeah, he's been adopted!

Hey, you were the one who told me to avoid him because of all that! scratch

I actually thought another family adopted him when I was there to adopt Gunny. Glad he found a home! There is one more Husky at the shelter--Tazz. I never got the chance to check him out because it looked like another family wanted him, but I just checked the website and he's still there. Sad

Not necessarily. My dad has always been fond of Border Collies. I'm just trying to persuade them to finally break down and adopt a dog. I figure every little bit of effort on my behalf helps.
