There are a ton of rescues in the MD area. Northern Exposure I think has some dogs fostered up there. Delaware Valley husky rescue, RescueMe.org has some listed, If you are within 100 miles of Boyertown PA MaPaw rescue and referral has some dogs. The northeastern area always has a lot of nice huskies in desperate need of homes.

Also check petfinder search by breed and zip code or maybe even ask your vet they may know someone trying to rehome a husky
