Beautifull Tat! While I do not have any of my dogs, I do have one of my horse between my shoulder blades. It hurt like no other but is a wonderful peice of art!

Thanks!!! I have another tat between my shoulder blades as well! It was my first (at 18yrs old) and at the time i thought it hurt so much!!! It's about the size of my hand. Once I got the tattoo of Mya I was like ummm, yeah, that one was nothing! LOL! That almost inner thigh spot where her ear was HORRIBLE!

I was tossing around two choices...I definatley want his name, I just don't know if I want a paw print next to it or his pretty blue eyes. I don't think I want his whole portrait just becuase I don't want a large tattoo. My other decision is where to put it....

Where? I would say your upper back, under your neck, kinda between your shoulder blades, but a bit higher. It would be a long tattoo so that's the only spot that you could show it when you want to and that it would fit nicely.

My next tatoo is going to be of Frankie's eyes! I love that idea. The paw print is cute too, but there is just something about those husky eyes. I think #2 with eyes would be awesome

It was very similar to this one. I don't remember where I saw it but was going to look, but you get the idea. I have my pups' paw prints too and was thinking about taking them to an artist and having their actual prints tattooed.

i like #2 font. and i think a tattoo of him is a great idea. i keep waiting for the perfect pic of S&J to have one done but i have not come across a pic that screams that yet. i do love the idea of taking a inked print of their paw and doing that as well.
