| Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

| Hey everyone my name is Kara, and I am proudly owned by my two huskies Chloe and Malikye. Some of you are old friends that I hope to reconnect with and the rest I can't wait to meet you and your pups! | Hey Val!! Haven't been up to alot other then working all the time and remodeling the house. Yep I got my degree and took my test to be an official Registered Veterinary Technician It will be 2 years in December that I have been working at the vet clinic, and def the best decision i have ever made! How have you been?? I am pretty sure I only remember you having Dakota and Faith...so glory must be a newer addition? Great to talk with old friends again |

| I'm glad you did it and are so happy with your career choice. I still want to go back to school to be a vet tech. I had planned to start in the fall of last year, however my plans were put on hold yet again when I had an unexpected pregnancy last summer. So yeah, our family has been growing in human and fur children. We adopted Glory, who is actually Faith's daughter, in March 2010, she was 3 years old at the time. Moved to SC in August 2010, and my daughter was born in March of this year. I have definitely been keeping plenty busy, now more than ever! It's good to have you back, maybe one of these years I'll join the ranks as a VT! _________________ |

| Another oldie that I remember! Welcome and totally jealous of your VT degree. Around here there weren't any good programs, so i'm now in the nursing program, although i'd rather deal with animals anyday |
