Ok so I have a weird question here. We have found that when we take the long walk in our neighbor hood there is this one or maybe 2 houses that Jack will freeze at the start of the property and not want to walk past the house, he will pull us into the street to get away! Sierra is now also picking up on the behavior and we do not understand why. There are no dogs at the house and the front is not fenced in. could they have put some kind of dog repellent on the lawn or maybe they have something sending out a noise we can’t hear? They do not do this with any other house on our walk; they behave this way EVERY time we come to this location. Anyone have any ideas?

Do they have lawn ornaments or anything adorning their lawn that others don't? It really could be anything.

Try carrying treats with you. When you get to the house, before he can freak out, start feeding him treats to distract him. Work your way closer and closer until he can walk past the house without freaking out.
