Hey guys, I was wondering if you could do me a favor. I wanted to order Luna some dog collars online, but I want her to grow into them. Having never owned a husky, I have no idea what the average adult husky's neck size would be. Im thinking medium is good 12"-19", but I really have no idea as large would be 15"-23" so there is alittle overlapping with the sizes. If you guys could measure your adult huskies and let me know what sizes they are, that would be really helpful! Thanks in advance!

Willow is 17" and she weighs in at 50 lbs. I get the Medium for her. Dakota was 19" so I had to go the large for him. He weighed around 65lbs.

Ginger weighs 51 lbs and her neck measures about 15" with 2 fingers under the measuring tape. Storm weighs 74 lbs and his neck measures 17" with 2 fingers under the measuring tape. _________________

Zoey's neck is 16" and Embrys is 18" They both usually wear a medium, sometimes a large on the smallest setting.

If the adjustment room is there consider going with a large as it will more likely be a wider collar then the medium. I've ordered both sizes over time and noticed that the large is wider.

I Make most of the collars, Harness and leashes I use for Blaze. I use a large that I purchase for him when I got him for a size.

thanks for all the responses! i think for these particular collars with large being from 15"-23" it sounds like i should be fine with a large, along with Len's point that the large would be thicker than a medium. Thank you all i just couldn't wait until she was older to order them, I'm too excited !! haha.

| Just keep in mind that if you order RuffWear gear, their products usually run big. Ginger is on the smallest adjustment on medium size harness and collars and Storm can fit into a medium size collar with LOTS of room for adjustment up or down. Storm will fit a medium harness on the biggest adjustment, or a large on the smaller adjusments.
