Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! | I know this is a real longshot since there are not a lot of members in this area. If you have any friends or family that can foster or help this guy please share. ********************** This boy is trapped in a rural shelter that really has no adoption program. The dogs go in there and it's like a black hole....they don't come out. He has been there for a long time, BUT HE WILL BE KILLED IF THEY RUN OUT OF SPACE OR WHEN EVER THEY CHOOSE.When I was there he was super sweet. He did the usual husky talk to me. (Pet Angels Rescue has been advised of this dog in need. We will arrange transport and vetting if a home can be found, but we do not have room to get him off death row ) Adoption fee is $50 after neuter and vaccines.. MALE HUSKY AT RURAL KILL SHELTER CONTACT PETANGELSRESCUEOKC@YAHOO.COM IF ABLE TO ADOPT |

| What the hell is wrong with the OK shelters that they don't have adoption programs?
I'll pass along info to my Okie friends, hope someone rescues him. _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | I'm sure a foster home through Pet Angels Rescue would work, she typically houses her dogs on site but if that was the only alternative she may okay it.
I can't take in anymore, I have 4 and my boys have had enough stress of fosters for a while. |

| Oh my, he is such a handsome boy. Is this on facebook? I know a few TX Husky Rescues that may be interested in him, and I can cross post.
Do you know if he's HW+ or anything else medical? |

| No history on him at all, no age, nothing.
You should be able to share him from here on FB. The damn security settings drive me nuts since I didn't own the album.

I haven't contacted Texas Husky Rescue or Texas SledDog Rescue yet but feel free. They would have to contact Pet Angels at the email above for more info. |

| I cross-posted this guy to a H2M2 Texas FB group. Some people have commented on it already and shared it. I really hope he gets saved. He looks sweet. |
