he was so excited to go out walking on the levee trail.

its so beautiful up there with all the green bushes and trees.

he was so happy, he made it to the railroad tracks for the first time.

he was also enjoying his filled sandbox with some nice fresh dirt.

he was so happy to go for his morning car ride to drop off my nephew at school.

last week we took him to get his shots updated and recheck for his growing pains. which he no longer has, but for some reason he had pain some where. the vet recommended  we go see a specialist. so we went on Thursday to see a join and muscle specailist, and they checked him out and told us that he has a iliopsoas Muscle and semitendious strain. he is on 3 meds to get his muscles to relax and only 5 minutes walk for the next 2 weeks. we also need to get a ct scan affraid  to make sure nothing else wrong in his back.

we stop at a dog park in pleasanton  for a pottie break on our way home.

this is Leo on his meds in the morning, he was very sleepy.

we haven't been doing to much also the weather is hot Smile , which his helping to keep him form being to crazy. which is nice, not sure which one of us is going to crack first me or him Suspect  Very Happy .

Too cool, that is a great pic. We have a similar bridge here, I don't know the history of it though and it's not used anymore, maybe a train used to run thruout there back in the day or something.

vegetating in his sandbox, so far the hot weather has been helping keep him calm wail on his meds.

or at least that what i thought, untill he smelled the cat that walks the fence line and he decided to jump around a bit affraid  Suspect .

then the meds kicked in but we did get our five minute walk in before that happened.

the we went to get some gas, he was a bit happier not having to be stuck inside all day.

Smile checking out our front porch full of plants.

we made some frosties and he sampled it to make sure it was mixed properly and tastes good Laughing .

he was watching a cat walking across the street i had to take a very zoomed in picture to see it  Laughing but it was there.

him in his bandana, he looks so good in red.

then i saw him doing a very short zoomie in the yard when he isn't suppose to be doing it affraid . he did to 2 other times.

we made it a little be further on our walk, i let him walk for 10 min. and he was very happy to smell every thing on our walk.

today he turns 3 years and 4 months.

thanks, he looks so cute with the star bandana. i haven't gotten the ct scan yet i wanted to make sure i readjusted he eating times back to normal. i'm going to try to schedule it in the next week or two. i really hope they don't find any thing ether.

yeah, i would give him the meds (anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxant and pain meds) and he would sometimes fight the sleep Laughing . he is now off the meds, and we still have to keep a close eye for any limping and short five minute walks. then i have to check in on Monday to see what the vet thinks about increasing his active. he is so happy he was doing zoomies again in the backyard Laughing  affraid .
