Any other Huskies blowing there coats yet? Roxy is blowing hers big time i brush her at least twice a day for 2 weeks now and it just keeps on coming. I could have made a down jacket by now haha. Gotta love em

The Husky is about done, but the Malamutes are in full BLOW right now. Tufts of white hair on everyting!

Neither of mine have ever had a huge blow but they seem to drop their coats constantly! We always go out wearing husky - apparently its the fashion for this season

yep blaze has been 'light blowing' for a while now but i think hes now coming into a 'full on blow '

Koda is definitely blowing right now. When he's eating or something I start pulling tufts off his butt, LOL. He hates it. We need to give him a good brushing. Hailey's been sort of blowing. Her coat is very different... we need to start brushing her regularly to get most of it out.

It's also "can't decide if they want in or out" time.

Jack had a light blow and if i remember from last year Sierra is a late blower, she is starting to lose more fur during brushing in the front but no chunks yet for her.

So i thought roxy was in full blow last week. I WAS WRONG today is by far the most she has ever blown my last SIbe didnt do it this bad.

I know from experience that Nanuk will just all of the sudden blow his coat, while Isis seems to go the whole summer with clumps popping out. First warm weather with Mika, so not sure yet how it's gonna go for her. She has a very luxurious, thick fur, so am thinking we are in for a helluva BLOW!!!

dang! sniper hasnt had hers yet.....we brushed her this week and not bad at all....but she still has her baby coat too! i guess she will get rid of her baby coat in another month or so once it starts warming up.....got your pic last night Brandon and WOW! LOL.....told jake it was all on him! :-)

Sniper won't get a full blow until she's past 1 at least. Puppies shed their puppy coat, but that's nothing like an adult blow. You ain't seen nothing yet!

So wait are you sucking up the hair on the grass with the shop vac? hell i just let it blow away or under the deck. still waiting for sierra to start, jack never really blew his coat but i think he is done.

I'm not allowed to leave it in the yard anymore.

Coco is lightening up quite a bit this year. It's weird that I have to use a different combo of brushes on each dog to get the same result. The rake that I use on Sioux will not work on Coco or Ridik, and the blade I use on Coco won't work on Ridik or Sioux. Stupid dogs.

was that a wife call? what about that field you talk about? im sure when we finish our back yard i will care more or if i know we are having people over for a BBQ i would not want hair flying around. i love coco!

Getting close to 90% done with Ridik and Sioux. Now I must start Bubba.

Looks like Roxy is almost done. Still some problem areas im working on but its slowly coming along
