Hey there, I'm new to the forums and soon to be owner of a beautiful Husky/Pitt mix pup names Diesel! I'm just curious to see any of the other Mixed Huskies on here, What is your mix? What is it you love about the mixed bread most? Pics? Looking forward to seeing your pups! Very Happy

I don't currently own him, but I grew up with a Husky/G-Sheherd mix. He was awesome and super smart! He lived to be 16!

Loki in my signature was a rescue from a high kill shelter with little background so I will not know unless I do DNA test. As he grows he is starting to look like shepherd husky mix. He has more of shepherd body, bigger ears, and he is starting to become somewhat buff in comparison to other huskies I see. I figure once he is 1-2 years old should be easier to tell though he may just end up bigger husky too.

I love my shepherd mix. She is probably a heinz 57 though but a great all around dog.

Seems to be a regular combo! I had a Shepherd/Husky+ as my fist husky cross. I pretty sure there was more to her to. She was such a smat pup (sometimes to smart!) But we loved her so much. this is Ellie>

Husky mix? Rip-10

Thats Ripley, our Husky/Chow mix. Seriously an awesome dog, but terrible (and I mean terrible) breeding. Her body is a little weird and she has HD because of poor breeding. Great temperment though, total cuddle bug.

Newest photo of my pup, should be able to take him home in a week! I'd say hes got a good mix of the two breads, Husky-Pit. Two tome fur but shorter than a huskies coat. so far looks like hes got the pit ears, and his face is longer than pit and seems more slender as well. What do you think? any chance his ears might pop a bit?

I've never had a mixed husky, but our little dog is a mutt. She's half Sheltie, half American Eskimo. Made a cute little dog, and she's so sweet! But not the sharpest crayon in the box... (Her name is Aries, she's the little one in the pic w/ our husky, Akira). Adorable pup- I love the name, too Very Happy

Aries has nice coloring, and I love Akira's silver coat Smile n'Thanks! He'll be my second mix husky. I know a lot of people look down on pits, but all the pits I've know have been the most loving teddy bears. I do love the name Diesel but we are not positive yet. I wanted to name him Riddick!

He's very cute!

Although, personally I don't think his ears will perk up. How old is he? He might be too young to tell but usually around 5-6 weeks, they'll have one ear up or at least half up.
