Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. | So I totally have not been on much at all in the past few months... Totally a whirlwind of events but we are officially DONE with Florida and moving to North Carolina come June 7th! And by "we" I mean my boyfriend and I! We met 8 years ago or so through my now ex-boyfriend. My ex and Jimmy were friends from childhood and he moved down to FL for a month or so. We hit it off and became friends. Once he left to go back home because Florida wasn't working for him, we began to talk more and more on the phone and through text and grew quite close. Just maybe 4 years ago did we finally get Skype and we've been skyping in addition to regular contact since then. But in January of this year was the first time I have seen him since we met... 8 years ago! It was crazy for sure but we both really knew how we felt about each other- just had to see if the IRL part of it matched up. And well it did! Obviously! So i've been back and forth between there and here since January and in less than a month that part (which has been horrible to leave him- worse every time) will be done for good! We have a nice townhouse in a super nice area. Obviously Jim LOVES the dogs- especially Rodeo and is so excited to have them around. Unfortunately I can only bring 2 puppies due to renting, but the rest are staying with family. Cheyenne and Rodeo are coming with and the rest we will come back for once we are settled in a year and can buy or rent a home We will be moving to Cary, NC which is right outside of Raleigh. Whew so that's what i've been up to! School is done and I am so ready to be out of here! _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! What about the transition between having your Sibes and Aussies to having two?? At least they are ataying with family so you know they will be safe!! Congrats again, and I wish you the best!! |

| I'm more worried about leaving tree than the huskies. He's really a special needs type of dog. And leaving him behind is stressing me badly lol
And I'm moving for the job market up there for me. It's much better than down here and pay is exponentially better.
It's hard to separate the dogs like this, but I can't continue to live down here. My living arrangement is not healthy and making everything worse and so much harder than it needs to be. _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?!
