Welcome to the forum. When making suggestions for food it helps to have a relative location, such as the US, Canada, or Europe since foods are different from place to place. A budget helps too. Finding the right food depends on the dog. Many of us started on Taste of the Wild and had no issues. It's been a good medium budget food. Usually members start with a grain free food with a bit higher calorie count as our dogs are very active. Some of us have moved over to raw feeding in various forms which tends to do well for many of our dogs as well.

As for accessories, the sky is the limit, but you really only need a good sturdy leash and collar, a coat rake, and nail trimmer of your choice. All else is by desire or function if getting into something specialized such as biking.
