I watched this documentary last night, and it is brilliant!!! Must watch!! Beer drinkers, it's the best!

Harrise...was wondering if you could help locate that 3,000 year old beer recipe they talk about? Not sure a direct Google search could find that.

Ooh! Is it instant? I heard something about that and forgot about it completely. People around here are going beer crazy. Mailman was telling me he delivers books and supplies at least once a week to somewhere new. Even HE is going to get in on the action, just ordered himself some reading and beginner materials. I should jump on this train too before it leaves the station.

I used to brew but the sanitation is just too much work for one person, I need a partner.

I have a good friend that brews. He's been doing it for a few years now, but just kicked it into high gear. He plans to start brewing 10 gallons a week.

He's looking for that same recipe. From what he's said, it'll be low alcohol, non-clarified, high protein content beer.

YES! It's a watch instantly documentary!! It's epic!! No doubt, my Dad and I were just talking about how we both want to start our own home brews...actually JUST missed a killer Groupon deal for an $80 home brew system worth $400..sold out in 2 minutes!! ARGH!

Yeah, that's exactly what it is!! High protein, healthy, and contains natural anti-biotics! (and of course, I don't trust a mere Google search to find that recipe!!)

Are you planning on going allgrain?

My friend just ordered a few kits from here:

OOHH!! Thanks for posting! I started brewing late last summer, and have done 3 batches now. I really need to start the next one, I have a nut brown ale kit that a friend gave me for my birthday.

I'll have to go watch that documentary this week Cool
