Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

As many of you know, Mya is a temperamental diva (for many reasons), but for the past few days she's changed.

- When Kody was throwing up on Wednesday night she woke me up to let me know that he wasn't feeling well. The minute she woke me up he started started puking. Every time he would puke she would get up and sit next to him. She even gave him a kiss Shocked She's not like that with him. She'll play with him and "allow" him to lay next to her, but it never comes out of her.

- At the pack walk yesterday (group dog walk) she didn't snap any of the other dogs and actually sniffed a few with no issues. Normally, she'll growl at them or snap.

- On Monday when we got back from GA we took them to the dog park and there was only two dogs in there. Normally, hubby stays with Kody in the dog park and I go walk around the rest of the park with Mya. Hubby decided that we should let Mya in since there were only two dogs that were minding their own business. I didn't agree AT ALL, but to avoid an argument with him we let her in. She did great! One of the dogs came to sniff her and immediately walked off. She ran around with Kody a few times and paid no mind to the other two dogs.

- Last night while watching a movie we were laying on the couch. She normally lays next to me, I sit in the middle, and hubby sits on the other side. Kody will come and jump right on top of us and lay ON US. Mya would NEVER jump on TOP of us. She will just stand there and stare at me as in saying "can you please move so I can lay on the couch too?". Well, she jumped right up between hubby and I and got comfy on us. We were both stretched out so she had to room to curl up.

- Now she's laying in between hubby's legs while he shaves. She's always been attached to me but doesn't really get along with hubby.

I started to get worried, thinking that maybe she doesn't feel well, but she's acting fine. She plays with Kody, asks for her walks, eats, drinks water, etc.

Maybe it's because you guys were gone? I have no idea but she did really great at the pack walk! Odin bumped into her about halfway on and she didn't even care...

Yeah, I thought about that. Maybe because we were gone. Whatever it is, thank goodness and I hope it lasts..lol. She just had a great time chasing the hose in the yard and then I showered her. Kody really hates the hose. Wish he liked it as much as her Sad
