Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

| I make Peanut Butter treats for Sasha .. she LOVES these !!
Peanut Butter Bites: 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 1/4 Cup smooth peanut butter (no salt/sugar) 1/4 Cup Honey 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 Eggs 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
Mix all ingredients until dough is firm. If it is too sticky, add a little flour. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until firm. Roll out dough a 1/2 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cookies should be firm to the touch.
What special treats do you make for your loved ones?? |

| My puppy loves these little frozen yogurt treats. Super simple to make. I use all organic ingredients (cept the honey of course) and then I put them in little bone molds and freeze them up.
32oz Plain Yogurt 1 Mashed Ripe Banana 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter 2 Tablespoons of Honey
Throw all the ingredients into a blender, blend them til smooth then freeze. |

| Luna's teeth have been hurting recently so I've been making lots of frozen treats for her to have when I leave. I bought little ice cream's in the plastic cups (or Frosty Paws cups) and just reused them. I usually make it in bulk so the measurements might be a little off. 1 cup water 1 cube chicken or beef bouillon Small pieces of chicken or beef Dissolve bouillon in water and tear meat into smaller pieces. Mix bouillon broth and meat in plastic cups and freeze until solid. OR Vanilla yogurt (I buy the big economy size from Stonyfield) 1 cup of peanut butter 1. Put the peanut butter in a microwave safe dish and microwave until melted. 2. Mix the yogurt and the melted peanut butter in a bowl. 3. Pour mixture into plastic cups and freeze.
