My question is...Will my pups eye color change?

I know all pups are born with that foggy blue-ish grey colored eyes. My pup opened her eyes over a week ago, and it's still a real dark blue.
Karma has one blue and brown eye, and Kato has two brown eyes.

I don't think you'll know for sure until 6 or 8 weeks? Either way, I think husky eyes are gorgeous, whether blue, brown, bi, or parti! I could tell Yuki had one brown eye at 2 weeks old, neither of her eyes have changed since. Here's a 3 week picture where you can kinda see her two different eyes. (Both Yuki's parents had blue eyes by the way so yours could have both blue even if her parents don't)
