my question is how much did your husky weigh at 6 months? Ours is weighing in at 40 pounds but has been that weight for a month. I was also wondering how much more weight he will put on after, is it usually a lot more and are they normally full grown at 1 year?

Lycus was around 60 lbs at 6 months but he is definitely a lot than most huskies. He is now a little over a year and a half and he weighs around 75-80lbs.

I think as far as height and length they're pretty much done at about a year, but they definitely keep filling out up until around 2 years for most.

Yup they grow taller until 1 year old, and they grow wider up to 2 years old is the basic rule of thumb.
My female was 31.3 pounds at 6 months old. She hit 36 at 7 months and froze until 13 months and then gained a pound. She is currently 37.8 pounds at 13 months.

Dizzy is 6 months and change and is at 38 lbs. He's been around 36-38 for a month now, but I've noticed he's getting taller and has less puppy chunk now. He was pretty plump for a while there. I mean absolutely no offense by this and please correct me if I'm wrong, but are you sure your puppy is full husky? Looking at your profile pix, something about his ears doesn't look husky to me. I could be totally wrong though, I only ask because that will help answer your question about weight.

Loki was 44 at 5.5 months and is about 54 going towards 6.5 months. Though I don't know if he is pure husky.

mine weighed 36 lbs at 6 months. she is now 8 months old and only weighs 38 lbs now.

Selena was around 35 pounds at 6 months, she's 10 months now and 42 pounds. Keeara is almost 6 months and 44 pounds.

Bane just turned 6 months on the 10th and weighs 45 pounds.

Anna weighed 28 lbs at 6 months and she is over a year and still about 38 lbs give or take. I still get asked if she is a puppy.

Mishka was 50lbs at 6 months. Now at 8 months he's 56lbs.

Anya is 6 months old today. I weighed her last weekend she was 36 pounds. She seems to have slowed down on her growing a bit... She only gained 8 oz in 2 weeks. I think the growth spurts become more infrequent around the 6 month mark but that doesn't mean Dallas won't grow another 10 pounds or so

Juneau was 37 pounds at 6 months, 52.6 pounds at 1 yr and 4 months.

Pippa was 30 lbs at 6 months. And at about a year and a half, she's 42.

I general rule of thumb I was given is that at 6 months a dog is 75% of their adult weight. Seemed to hold true with all of my pups (though I can't pull up the exact numbers right now), so it will be interesting to see how it proves with everyone elses' pups

That interesting, I never heard that. If it's true then Anya will weigh 48 pounds since she is 36 pounds at 6 months

Okami weighed 45 pounds at 6 months.... she is closing in on 9 months and now she is 60 pounds

not sure how true it is but i just scrolled through some peoples weights of 6 months and now and it seems to be holding fairly true with a small tolerance and the 1 or 2 exceptions

Loki was around 40lbs at 6 months, hes 13 months now and is 70lbs, he hasn't changed weight in 3 months.

i know this is a 6month old thread lol but my puppy is 4 months and only 17 lbs... how much did you guy's puppies weigh at 4months? she seems so small for her age. she is 17 weeks old

Check out the weigh-in thread, I can't remember how much Diz was at that age, but I did regularly update on that thread. I know a lot of us that got puppies around the same time did.

Hi. My boy is 27.5 now at 4 months. Anyway, since both Samoa's parents are really big my bet is that she will have that growth spurt sooner or later, even if she is the little girl of the litter there is no way she will be very small with an 80 lbs sire

LoL, well since Titan is now just over 6 months I can weigh in.  Titan at 6mo weighed 40lbs, at 4mo he weighed 25lbs.

Edit to add: My guess is that his adult weight is going to be around 55lbs, just like his parents.
