I know I havnt posted here in awhile, but I will make a tribute post about Smokey here sometime. He passed away two weeks tomorrow in my arms. I am completely lost without my childhood buddy and have thought about joining him a few times. I just dont know how to go on without him.

It's never easy to loose someone that's been around for so long.

We recently lost our 16+ year old chow mix this summer and I know the feeling.

Thank You! He was my everything. He has saved my life and I do not believe I would be here without him. He is my life, my heart and my soul!

Thank You everyone. Today is a really hard day for me. It has been 2 weeks since my best friend left me.My dad says I am torchering my self, because I cant stop looking at his pictures and videos. I just miss him SO SO much I cant stand it!!

Sorry for your loss. My golden died at 8 years of age a few years back and Its hard. You always have him in your heart. I think the most beautiful thing about dogs is they seem to have such happy young spirits even as they grow older. I know mine has taught me smile more and see the bright side of things

My time now is just spent looking at his photos and videos and trying to get as many people I can to "like" his page, so please anyone who sees his page give it a "like" and share on you wall. I want my boy to be out there and to continue to bring joy like he always has.

Its does get better but you will never stop missing him or forget him. Trust me your memories are still there right beside you ~ I lost my husky boy at 16 a couple years ago and it is hard but they are treated real nice over that rainbow bridge!

I would never want to stop missing him and especially would never want to forget him nor would I allow myself to. He was to amazing to forget. I do like doing the memory a day it makes me think about memories and try to smile. Then usually cry.
